I am very surprise at the responce of some of these tenants. I live in the building and have lived in New York city for 8years and the management here is one of the best. I know that when we moved in the building was not done and had to suffer some delays and set-backs that was a given and was stated upfront in our lease. How happy are you with the recent changes re: packages and dry cleaning? Do you like having to find a time that's convenient for the concierge to be open to pick up YOUR stuff? Is that why you live in a doorman building? The building is obviously more "complete" than when we moved in, but don't let the obvious improvements blind you to the remaining outstanding issues.

Lets just say, management is absolutely horrible. I wonder how they get the job in the first place. I never realized that there are so many people in this building so eager to move out like I am. Is there still a association out there? I really want to join
