Mexican Restaurant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses   Just so you know, the owner of 100 Maiden Lane has leased the space under the building to a mexican restaurant. given the disgusting disturbance of rats we had in our building a few months ago one would think that it would make no sense for them to lease this space to a fast food restaurant.
