I just looked an apartment in the building and liked what I saw. But I found this website and after reading all the reviews, I am now very concerned. Many of the postings were from last spring. Does anyone have any updates' Have things gotten any better' Or would you still recommend to stay away'
Thanks!

if you like a quiet place, don't move here. the noise of construction is intolerable. i also feel like you don't get what you pay for. and there is lots of garbage on the street that smells in the warmer months.

I agree. The construction noise is ridiculous and at all hours of the night. Many nights I've had trouble sleeping through it. Every issue I've had since moving in last summer (leaking toilet, stuck water faucet that kept running, towel rack falling off the wall, flooding under the tile - twice) has been satisfactorily repaired, however, for what you're paying, it's sub-par. I suggest looking elsewhere first.

i dont have noise problems but i just feel the doorman are terrible and the building company seems to screw you and save a dollar in everyway they can (i.e. taking away the poland spring water fountain in the gym)
