Awful Building Management and policies

My experiences are horrible and my advice is to stay out of this building. Here are some points that are very important:
1. Packages and Mail - it is not 24 hour pick up, it is from a certain time and it is very confusing, because they have 2 places to pick it up. One in the front desk and one in the back. 2. ------- - uh forget it, the man is not friendly and he opens the door occasionally 3. Responses to issues - they are quite good, it is fast and they are responsible. However it really depends on the person who you are dealing with. 4. Management - HORRIBLE. The guy's name is ----- and he is slick and unreliable. We forgot to give him the official keys at move out date and he charged us 10 days (1000 USD). Uhh apartment got never rented in that period. 5. Elevators - there are only 3 and one of them is mostly occopied by cleaning and the other one is broken. So one elevator for a 24 floors building, imagine how long you have to wait... 6. Price against Quality - you do not get your money worth, because it is advertising as a high rise condo, but you do not get that feeling. Lobby is small, services are cheap and rent needs to be paid by mail. There is no rent drop box. 7. Bathroom - there is a heater in the bathroom that has no off switch (temperature regulated). So if you get an apartment that is cold in the winter all the times, the heater goes off and on all day and you end up with a utility bill of 200 USD (just like us).
Good luck....if you rent in here.....
