This building has become my home, i renewed my two year lease for another two years the environment is very niece the people are great well not everybody. My favorite concierge is Kern with that smile to die for so!! handsome and shows the utmost care towards others ,he is in his own class. The other guys are ok kenny well' kerron has alot of courtesy mark is very amusing and Miguel never really got to know him but he acknowledges me upon me entering the building at most times theres 2 new guys whom are really niece Esad and I think the other guy goes by Klevon/Clevon. Well the majority of the above helped to make my experience an enjoyful one it could happen to you, dont listen and believe every bad thing you hear they just had a bad experience or its just the peron and refuse to blame themselves. There are a few that where also noble but didnt last well hope i help you to make a well justified decision.

Hi, I am planning to move-it into this apartment very shortly. How everything there, any complains? Should I be aware of something? Any crazy loud neighbors, if yes, what floor? I definitely want to stay away from them :) Thanks in any respond.
