I don't care what people say, the building is fine. All the kinks from when it first opened up are worked out and now the building runs like a well oiled machine. The doormen are friendly, the dry cleaning service is quick and convenient, and the gym is never packed and I never wait for the machines. If I have a problem it is fixed quickly and the constant additions to the lobby and facade really make it look like a regal building. I will live here until I buy a place.
