I have lived at 100 Maiden Lane for over two years. It is conveniently located near my office in the Financial District, which is one of the main reasons I selected it. Before I had apartments on Broadway and Fulton. I like this apartment the best. While there is now construction going on across the street, it is not a bother. The work starts at 7AM and ends at 5PM--and I am at my office during that time. It is hard to live anywhere now in the Financial District where there is not construction going on around you. The staff are stable and good. The apartment are nicely laid out and outfitted. I often recommend this building to friends looking to live in this area.

Hi, I am planning to move-it into this apartment very shortly. How everything there, any complains? Should I be aware of something? Any crazy loud neighbors, if yes, what floor? I definitely want to stay away from them :) Thanks in any respond.
