It's a good place to live - if you're not next door to my crazy neighbor

The good - Ideally situated, within a couple of blocks to every subway line, supermarket, subway, chipotle and dunkin donuts in the building - what's not to love' Wonderful courteous staff and great maintenance crew. The bad - The reason I'm moving out is because of a crazy inconsiderate neighbor who likes to party (Boom box style) at 3 am every night. The corridor smells like a dive bar every morning. Despite countless complaints to the management nothing has been done. So - other than a recommendation to be more selective about their tenants - i enjoyed this building & appreciated the great staff during my 2.5 years living there. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

That's awful. I am on the 8th floor and it's REALLY quiet - knock on wood - with the exception of occasional cigarette smoke, I have great neighbors. I know that two studios on my floor are available - maybe before you head out, you should ask about this floor. Take it from me, it's quiet and I have minimal interaction with my neighbors. Hope everything works out for you!
