The building is okay in general. It's conveniently located and has the basic amenities (if you don't mind the super-mini gym). The doormen are friendly.

The maintainence staff respond quickly, to the extent they are capable of handling the problems; otherwise, they pretend the problems don't exist. I had a serious problem with the smoke in my apartment, coming from the kitchen of a Mexican restaurant downstairs. The maintainence had the audacity to claim that they don't find anything, even though the entire lobby smells like chimney at lunch time.

I have only dealed with one person from the management. It was very unpleasant to talk to that person. I have to say I didn't see any business ethics in her. Based on my experience, the management was untrustable and irresponsible.

The problem with my apartment was not solved and I moved out, for the sake of my health. And I didn't have the chance to complain about the noise at night from the constrcution site one block away.

Wouldn't recommend this building to anyone.
