I've been renting a studio at 11 Waverly Pl for a over a year now.

The location is amazing, which explains the price. The building has laundry and 24/7 doorman service. All the doorman are amazing, they've gone out of my way to hold packages for my friends to pickup and put perishables away in my fridge (with my permission.)

I've had really good experiences with the building's maintenance as well. I had a light fixture break and I had issues with my door. Both were resolved in under 24 hours. All the maintenance guys are friendly, there is one sketchy Spanish kid but there are always one of those.

Noise can be an issue, there are a lot of young people in the building so expect screaming in the halls at wee hours of the night. The upside of this is that the building is pet friendly so if your pets bark no.

The building is old, my apartment probably wasn't renovated since 1970, whatever it works for me. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
