It is a real delite to be at 111 Worth Street. From: ofelia129@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are dreading to move. The price is a bit high, but what brand new building in NYC isn't! You pay for excellent concierge (can't say a bad thing about any of them), extremely efficient management and staff, as well as a beautiful lay-out in the apartment (amazing appliances, granite counter tops and spacious rooms). All in all we have been very lucky to have found such a great place to begin our adventure in NYC and pray our next place can be as amazing and experience.
