Best Place To Live

111 Worth is a great place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and it is amazing. The leasing and move-in process was very easy. The live in Super is really nice and very attentive. The apartments are in great condition and are a pretty good size. Each one gets repainted and re-floored after each tenant. There is a great roofdeck, as well as one on the 15th floor and another on the 3rd floor. There is also an outdoor hitting range, its just a net you can hit golf balls into, but still cool. There is also a putting green on the 3rd. The gym is pretty good, on the small side, but it has everything you need and isn't usually crowded. If you sign up for the gym, it is extra, but like $250/year, you also get access to the lounge which has continental breakfast weekday mornings and cookies weekday afternoons.

The Doormen are awesome. They are the best part about the building. Have never been to a building with nicer doormen. They are very friendly and help you out. Even the maintenance staff is great.

The only negative is the area. It is very safe, but is kind of dead at night and on the the weekends. However, it is within 5 minute walk of 4,5,6 1,2,3 and A,C. So you can get anywhere in the city pretty quick.
