I live here for quite a while, nice building. But the rent has gone way out of line considering the current market. Have to move out once the lease is up soon.

Agreed - I also live in 111 Worth and have had a wonderful experience so far but will need to either try to renegotiate my rent when my lease is up, or move. I don't understand how they can possibly think a 4.5% rent increase in this market is acceptable when swankier buildings in Battery Park are giving 2 and 3 months free rent...

They will definitely negotiate. We moved in a couple years ago and they agreed to negotiate down to the price we had when we moved in.
