THE COMMMON AREA ARE IMMACULATE. THE MAINTENCE STAFF NEVER STOPS CLEANING.
THE DOORMEN ARE PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ACCOMODATING. THE SUPER IS ALWAYS
AVAILABLE. THE TERRACES ARE HUGE. THE VIEWS SPECTACULAR. GRANITE COUNTERS AND STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS CENTRAL TO CHINATOWN, TRIBECA, SOHO,
AND THE FINANCIAL DISTRICT. IT'S BEYOND PET FRIENDLY - I THINK THAT EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOG. THE SUBWAY IS A BLOCK AWAY. THE RENT IS EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
