The super is the worst here. He never called me back when I needed things fixed, was always unavailable and rude. Had SO much trouble with him every time I contacted him (he acts as though he is doing you a favor although you are the one paying his salary) and got into an argument over the freight elevator. Whenever I had furniture delivered I would tell him the dates in advance, he would MENTALLY note it, and then on the DAY OF the delivery REFUSE to let us use it because I didn't notify him. RIDICULOUS! We got into a fight (this happened several times) and then finally he acted as though he was doing me a huge favor (even though I told him someone was delivering something in advance) and let the mover come up. Please note that because of the delay I had to tip the mover double and he threatned to leave cause he was off schedule. I was livid.

Also, the super (-------) is sexist! He was also nicer and quick to respond when my boyfriend contacted him, but was slow and rude when I contacted him. He is truly awful and should not be working there for the amount tenants pay.

SUPER IS THE WORST! THIS HAS HAPPENED ON MANY INSTANCES!
Doormen and cleaners rock though. GET RID OF THE SUPER and I WILL MOVE BACK AND RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING. SUPER WAS WHY I DIDN'T RENEW MY LEASE! LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SUPER NOT RESPONDING OR FIXING PROBLEMS! GET RID OF -------! HE IS THE WORST SUPER! HE SUCKS!

I agree 100% with this review. The Super is sexist. I had such serious problems with the Super that I had to call the police. Stay away from this building until ------- is gone.
