Worth every penny and the super is great!

I have lived here a year and am renewing my lease. I love all the amenities, the gym is great, and the building is clean and well maintained. I also completely disagree with the previous posting about the super. Are we talking about the same person' Anthony is accessible and responsive. He puts his cell phone on his business card and is available 24/7. He once answered my phone call when he was on vacation. Yes, it's a little pricey, but it's Tribecca. And at least at 111 Worth you get what you pay for.
