Not Worth the Rent and Aggravation - Please do your research before moving into this apartment. They have the most incompetent staff and management. They are also extremely unprofessional and participate in unethical business practices. This place is not worth the hassle. The location of this building is not very good if you commute using public transportation. Combine that with the fact that the apartment complex is about half a ...Full review of Opal

Management, specifically Sabrina has a terrible attitude, the owner is Moinian Group and they couldn't care less. The doormen are merely warm bodies with no purpose and everything is a hassle or expense. Did you ever hear of a ...Full review of 90 Washington Street

AWFUL. - This building is a nightmare. Terrible staff, hook and line renting policies (our rent was raised over $600 this last year), hilariously bad amenities (good luck doing laundry here, no gym, awful roof deck), apathetic staff (they won't even stop people who walk through the laundry), and overall subpar residences and furnishings. They are renovating a lot of the units ...Full review of 100 John Street - Renaissance
