I was hesitant to move in after reading the reviews on this site.
We are under the impression that the loud party tenants have either moved out or have decided to behave.
Our loft is amazing, tall ceilings, tons of light and it's huge which is hard to find in the Financial District.
There were elevator problems in the past but I believe it was due to them being
completely upgraded. The elevators are brand new and have been no trouble at all.
The building super is a bit of a character but overall a great guy that attends to things properly. The building is undergoing a facelift and should be beautiful shortly according to the super and leasing agent.
Overall, we are very happy in the building.
