THIN WALLS = STAY AWAY - i haven't really had a need for management so far so i can't make any complaints about that but i've just moved in 2 months ago because of the closeness of the subway which NOBODY can complain about and been woken up 5 times (i honestly think the number is this low because summer break just ended and people are just milling back), 4 times to frat party sounding gigs on my right ...Full review of The Olivia

CHARITY CINTRON - Beware of this woman! If you feel like your life lacks verbal abuse by a person with some power over you, then this is the place to live! If you ever encounter her in any situation, she will talk down to you. I got treated better at the DMV the other day. Steer clear of this woman! Steer clear of this building! This has been a truly painful experience. ...Full review of Two Lincoln Square

Archstone Brooklyn Heights does not uphold contracts - I strongly discourage anyone from leasing an apartment from Archstone Brooklyn Heights. After two weeks of calling them to remind them that our contract specified that they owe us the remainder of our monthly rent due to the company-wide 30-day satisfaction guarantee, they bluntly told us that they did not believe that they had to adhere to the contract we signed. I discourage anyone from ...Full review of Archstone Brooklyn Heights

Great building, wonderful staff - My husband and I rented an 1-bdrm apartment here with the intention of just staying a year - we just renewed our lease for the third year. This year, we looked everywhere in the neighborhood for a larger place, but didn't find any other building with similar amenities for a comparable price. Many of the new ones that have come up seem too snooty and want to cater only to corporate ...Full review of 420 West 42nd Street

Great Place - I bought 2 apartments in 05 and 07 I have found that the building and the grounds are just wonderful in many ways. We have a private street between the 2 towers that is closed off to vehicle traffic allows the pedestrains to roam freely and the kids to play. The grounds are kept very clean inside and out. The management staff is a pleasure to deal with. The apartment units are nice and spacious. ...Full review of Ruppert-Yorkville Towers
