Worst Choice of my life! - I've lived here for almost 3 months now. I've been sexually harassed by staff, cheated by handyman (paying for extra work that was never done), had my bike tampered with, which almost got me killed, have some other apartment on my gas and electric bill - the building said my bill should be higher because this is a green building (huh') until ConEd proved that I'm ...Full review of Tribeca Green

Great for dog owners - I've lived in the building for 2 years and generally enjoyed the experience. Pros: Spacious apartments (P unit) "Hands off" management (i.e. not overbearing) Great roof space for small dogs to run around off leash Good location/convenient for transit Good views from roof, great seats for thanksgiving day parade (can see right in front of macy's) Laundry on each floor (but ...Full review of The Vogue

Horrible 2 years. - The apartments are over priced. The management and leasing office staff are rude and very ghetto. Charge excessive parking fees and not flexible when you want to down grade. The laundry room is expensive and grounds not well maintained. No window cleaning I was told to lean out and clean them myself. Shooting in area constantly.Tenants smoke drugs, when reported nothing done about it. Bird ...Full review of Lenox Terrace

Happy Renter - The apartments are very large for NY. Staff has always been helpful and repairs are made within three days. There is no friction between market Renters and rent stabilized tenants. Have lived here for over 15 years and found it a wonderful place to live. If you like diversity and openness this is the place to live. I have not found any other development with larger rooms. ...Full review of Park West Village

Great Location. That's about it. - The apartment is in a great location. 2-3 blocks from the 1,A,C,E,B,D,F,V and close to lots of bars and sex shops. However, the location is the only good thing about 10 Jones Street. The management company is terrible. My apartment was not even cleaned before I moved in. Our toilet was broken, and it took a month to fix it. It took 3 months to have my bathroom ...Full review of 10 Jones Street

Great Value - I'm happy - I was hesitant to move in after reading the reviews on this site. We are under the impression that the loud party tenants have either moved out or have decided to behave. Our loft is amazing, tall ceilings, tons of light and it's huge which is hard to find in the Financial District. There were elevator problems in the past but I believe it was due to them being completely upgraded. ...Full review of 135 William Street

Be aware of this building - 1) There are four people work in the front desk. During the week, Chris works from morning till 3pm, he hates his job. Frank works from 3pm till 10pm, well, most people hates him. On Saturday, Thomas works from morning till 3pm. He has a rude stubbed attitude. THE ONLY DOORMAN WHOM EVERYONE LOVE IS GODFREY. He always opens the door for people who needs it without asking. ...Full review of South Cove Plaza

Mixed bag, pretty good so far - I'm a relatively new resident. There are both good and bad things about living here, mostly good. Good: Great location ("fancy food" grocery store less than 30 feet away, department store "lot less" about 50 feet) doorman and staff are nice and helpful convenient laundry facilities with a card, can swipe credit card to purchase pretty wood lounge areas ...Full review of Saranac

THIS WAS AWFUL - This was the first place I lived (and wished I didn't) in NYC. I was subletting for 5 months with another roommate. To give you an idea, I was living in a 6 x 12 ft room for $1350/month and my roommate was paying $1250/month and her room was about 9 x 9. It was tiny, unrenovated. Then when the lease was up, the mgmt wwas AWFUL! They wanted to do renovations, so they kicked ...Full review of 230 East 30th Street

Terrible management - The Highline is in a fantastic neighborhood...the building and management company are another story. The neighborhood is under construction (and will be for the foreseeable future) which means 6 AM wake up calls...everyday. The management company, when they feel like answering the phone, do nothing to meet the tenents requests. They are having a problem with the water...only scalding ...Full review of The Highline
