OK building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived in the building for a few years. It's an OK building to be in - nice lobby, friendly staff. I liked the super very much, he is helpful and very reasonable (compared to some other buildings). On a negative side, having a japanese restaurant on the ground floor is not good: I have seen cocroaches and other wild life. Also, the halls are a little tacky, the elevators are slow, garbage trucks are noisy in the mornings. Last thing: I had to go through a coop board process, so I was sure the building was a coop.
