Just be aware of what you're getting into when you rent in this building. Heat and hot water frequently (multiple times per month) go off-line. The building has inadequate trash removal so the bags pile up which always draws foot long rats. Mice in the units are common. Renovations within the units are done on the cheap- no quality craftmanship here. The hall ways are barely maintained. Perhaps once per month a man with a dirty bucket of water rubs down the stairs with an even dirtier mop. Really all this does is redisperses the dirt. The stairwell gets painted once very couple of years but only the first couple of floors and then not the hallways- just the stair well. Every other emergency light works so when there's no power you're in the dark. There is at least one very mean dog in the building just waiting to get loose. When it does someone will definitely lose a limb.
