Management is horribly rude and strict with tenants

The super is uaually quite rude and you can tell that he resents the tenants. This stict "I am scared of my boss" mentality stems throughout all the staff.
It is clear that the building manager is also very rude. Apartments are overly expensive and the gym is HORRIBLE!

We are looking at apartments in this complex and would love to know how true these ratings are as we will run away if this is still the case as it is quite expensive and there is a good few aparmtents there, we loved the apartment and the location but DO NOT WANT HEART ACHE with a two year lease.
