I love living here...everyone in the building seems to be a professional of some sort, and it's getting younger all the time. The doormen are top-notch, very friendly, and the hallways, lobby and elevators have all recently been updated. The rooftop is a great addition with the Empire State looming overhead and the golden top of the NY Life building glowing a few blocks away. The area is undergoing a renaissance, with a lot more residential buildings coming in, followed by cafes and restaurants. Can't beat the location...1 block from the 6 train, a 5-minute walk to westside trains, 6 blocks to Madison Square Park. Plus, they love pets here...dogs and cats welcome.
