Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2008
 
I've lived in this building for ages and it has gone through drastic changes for the better! It's so much cleaner and nicer now and most of the units are resident-owned so it's in everyone's interest to make the building better and safer. Laundry facilities are on each floor which makes it very convenient. Pets allowed in building. Super started in 2007 and is extremely nice and efficient.
