Terrible Maangement

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
The management company has gone downhill over the years. They do the bare minimum to cover up problems. This building has had 5 supers in the last two years. The rent is over market and the management company is unwilling to negotiate as leases are expiring, which has led to an empty building. Do not live here!
