Landlord is gradually destroying everything that was once even remotely attractive about this building. No fire escape for 10 months. New fire escape and hallways look like they were shipped straight from Alcatraz Prison. Random, unannounced "inspections" by landlord make it feel even more like a prison. Constant noisy, dusty, and hazardous construction. Inadequate heat/hot water. Water constantly being shut off without notice. Vermin infestation, sewage odor, tenants so transient it's like a dorm or a motel.

Note: apartments are less than 250 square feet in size. Rent provided here is average for new tenants.
