Rented in 2006-2007. There's a website devoted to the problems associated with the building. Search 188 east 93rd street online and you'll find it. Live-in Super hard to reach. Management company charges $25 for building key. Rodent problem in my 3rd floor apt. Keyhole jams for both my apt and my neighbor. Overall, the apt was in poor condition and dirty when moved in. Oftentimes water is shut down for hours. Avoid if you can.
