If you enjoy dorm living, this building is for you!
It is like a Frat House. Loud Music, Late night parties, barefoot neighbors in the hallways smoking. It's Gross.
I am already packing up my stuff and looking forward to my lease expiration.
Many more mature buildings in the area.

I'm looking for a NON-frat house type building where my neighbors won't party in the hallway, blast the stereo, and keep us up at night -- any suggestions?

I live at 2 Gold and I am moving across the street to 100 Maiden Lane...apartments are nicer and so is everything else.

Just so everyone knows, ll616 is saying that he/she already lives at Maiden Lane, but on here says that he/she is moving there. ll616 is somehow affiliated with management or ownership of the building.

The building really is an expensive frathouse. The maintenance crew is friendly and fast, but in a new building, I shouldn't need to know that. Fixtures are "inexpensive" and break easily. Drains clog easily and shower doors get stuck in the tracks. I'll be happy to move out.
