Regardless of the other reviews I just read...I've lived here for two years, since it opened in February '05. I have a one bedroom corner unit with the best sunshine in the city! Floor to ceiling windows in the corner of my living room and a great layout. Yes, there are college and young kids, but what apt. building doesn't have it's share! It's extremly noisy due to Rockrose adding more apt. units to it's existing bldg, and it's right beneath me. Great staff and super! I'm renewing another two years.

i agree with this user. i renew annually (just in case i can't fulfill 2 years) - but i will probably end up staying here (going on 3 years now) because the positives outweigh the negatives for me. the sunshine and the views of brooklyn and the bridges are impossible to beat at this rent.
