Pretty OK if you are not fussy

I have lived in 2 gold for the last three years and am sad to be leaving it. Yes, most people there are below 30. Yes, it does feel like a frat house sometimes. Yes, the doormen let anyone in as long as they are dressed ok. I had a drunk wallstret type come in my house at 5 AM one night because the handymen opened our apartment for him.
But amenities are great. The solarium and huge windows in the apartment have spoiled me. Doormen (most of them anyway) are friendly. It is noisy due to the street noise but its Financial District and that's how it's going to be.
Management does have it's problems. We stayed for 5 extra days after our lease expired in our older apartment before moving to a new one,in the same building (with their permission of course). We were charged a fine for not paying rent for those 5 days but were never sent a rent invoice or told that we would be charged rent and how much. It's hard to negotiate with them.
But apart from that I have really enjoyed my stay there.
