Great place to live - I have lived at this apartment for 4 years & I love living here. My apartment is beautiful, lots of closet space, and extremely spacious 1 bedroom. The building is very well maintained. The common areas are always spotless. Recycling / tash space on every floor is very well organized and it taken out immediately. Any maintenance problem is taken care of the same day 100% of the time. ...Full review of 888 8th Avenue Apartments

Great Value, Service, Neighborhood Could be Better - The title basically says it. I'm in a studio here and I think everything is wonderful except the immediate 5 blocks around the building. The staff in the building are amazing, the building is super well maintained. Anytime there is a problem someone is there within minutes to fix it. Not much around the building but that's in Manhattan terms. In real world terms you can walk 5 ...Full review of Hudson Yards
