Nice building BUT

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The building is nice, ok management, There's always construction going on, very noisy. It seems like the secretaries in the management office dont really know what they are doing, They seem very young minded. I speak from experience, I called w/ a few issues regarding the apartment and they did not know How handle the situation nor express themselves professionally, So I simply ask for the head boss.
