This used to be a nice place to live: simple but well-maintained units, nice neighbors and responsive management. But lately, the owners appear to be renting to a growing number of party-obsessed students, parent-subsidized recent college graduates on alcohol benders, and people who do not hold regular jobs. The result is noise--and lots of it. The walls between units are solid in this building, so sound does not travel sideways. But the floors and ceilings are paper thin, making it impossible to sleep if you happen to be one of the unlucky tenants with a party animal above or below.
