Best bang for your $$-with lots of BS!!

For the price you do get a lot of space BUT the management is absoluty horrible!! They never return phone calls, and are always rude. Super takes for ever to fix anything. Water pressure is awful, and forget about the morning....cross your fingers for hot water. 2 elevators in the building which are always broken. Yearly rent increases are insane! Forget about transfering apartments when you rent increases over your budget b/c they will make you pay a brokers fee again which they refer to as a transfer fee.
