Been living here for four months, and for manhattan standard, this place is not too bad. It's pretty good value for money. The place is pretty large for the price you pay. And the kitchen comes fitted with a new fridge, oven and gas top. Doormen aren't too bad either. Super is constantly missing in action...but besides that I'm pretty happy with the place.

Walls are pretty thin though
