I lived here year and couldn't get out fast enough. We lived on an inside apartment on the first floor and paid $2700. The apartment had exposed wiring, poor ventilation, foul odor from the restaurant/spa downstairs, and nosiness at all hours from the vent directly outside our window. We went to management several times with our concerns and were completely ignored. We even had a bedbug infestation in the building at one point. The elevators were constantly out of order, but luckily we could just take the stairs. I know other people had similar issues. Our neighbors even took them to court for various reasons. According to the lease, pets are not allowed, but it seems like everyone had a dog. That wouldn't be a problem, but people seemed to think it was ok to let their dogs defecate in the hallways and just leave it there. Yes, very disgusting.

After we moved out, I cleaned the place thoroughly (even have pics to prove it) and yet they still charged me for random crap. I called them about it and they said they would send me some money back for improper charges, but I have yet to receive a dime. I pretty much hate all the people who work for Thurcon management. Don't waste your money on this rathole of a building.
