33 Gold Street Apartments

Don't believe what brokers promise!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   It's about 2am and i live on the 2nd floor of the building facing Fulton St and my whole apt is vibrating from the noise that's coming from this stupid club called Spa 88. There are people outside and noise. Also, the building has no security. The doorman is there to take packages and talk on the phone. Never asks people who they are including the night. There is a tenant's petition circulating that saying that there were numerous robberies in the building. The super is impossible to find and you just keep on filing work request forms and i have big problem with my bathroom. You can't install Fios service in the building because it's too old and it would take them a day to install it. On the positive note the apts are big for the price and the tenants are very nice and helpful. But as they say if it's too good to be true it is! Don't believe broker's promises on how amazing and exclusive the building is. They make up stories on why the apts are cheaper including that someone broke the lease and in my case a tenant before me didn't pay for like 6 months before they got him out. Washing machine is using cards and they don't read them correctly and i paid $9 for 1 load of laundry.
