Stay far, far away from 33 Gold St. UNLESS you are 19 years old, LOUD, love keg parties, and relish in the perpetual dorm life. Be careful thought, there have been numberous robberies, the last one JUST happened. Two Pace college students just attacked by some robbers who broke in, bound them with tape and pistol whipped them with their GUN. This is how they woke up that morning. Let's talk about the immense rat problem infesting Gold St. While I haven't had one in the building, it is like being in a horror show walking outside. The construction is so out of control that the RATS are in control of the streets. Within this ONE MILE radius, there are over 60 construction sites. These rats are no joke. They are not afraid to come out in broad daylight. The rats are so fearless that you have to STOMP loudly when walking down the street at night, otherwise they may run over your feet! You hear the rats in the garbage piled up on the sidwalks, you see the rats and you run away screaming from the rats. I could go on for eternity, but I think you get the picture. My lease is up in a few months and I am planning my escape. I live on a lower floor facing the inside of the building. It is horrible.
