I am a female in my mid-20's and I've been living in this apartment for 4 years now with another female roommate. The building itself isn't anything special, but what it lacks in physical appearance, it makes up for with space. I like that I have a lot of room for my junk, and both my roommate and I have amassed a lot of stuff over the years. I like the high ceilings (over 11 feet high) and the big living room. It's the perfect apartment for me because I don't use the gym or need frequent use of a tenant's lounge and I'd rather have more space in my apartment. The doormen are casual and nice with the tenants, and they're always willing to help if you need anything. I wish the super was a little bit more responsive, but if you bug him a few times, he'll get it done. There's a laundry room on every floor, which is pretty cool.

The building is right next to the subway, and there are a lot of transit options which is convenient. I go out a lot on the weekends, and it's so easy to take the subway home or hop in a cab at the end of the night. I've never been harassed coming home from bars like I used to be when I lived midtown. Overall, this is a good place to call home for someone who likes a lot of space for their stuff, and who also likes to go out a lot and have convenient subway/bus options.
