Building is currently in the middle of a construction zone, with the retail sections unoccupied and many parts of the building (including the penthouses) empty. If someone wants to get a good deal, they could easily get a two month rent waiver or similar. Don't let brokers take you here-it's owner managed and thus no fee if you walk in.

It's a great building...new construction, great views. The only thing unfinished construction wise is the driveway, which is being held up by the city.

It's a nice building but it's under construction. There is a lot of noise due to the building constructions going on around it and because of the train that run under the building.
