The building itself is ok. The lobby is not as nice as the renderings first lead me to believe. The furniture is quite tacky.
The apartments are really nice. The kitchens are spacious and have marble counter tops and ge appliances.
All of the doorman and staff are very friendly and helpful.
HOWEVER, the management company and the building manager are horrible!
The building manager's kids run around the building all day like they own it and
if you want anything fixed or repaired be prepared to wait a long time or it just may
not get done. The management company is a pain to deal with in regards to getting
your lease and signing it under the terms that you initially discuss with them and they are
just very rude people in general. The building is pretty noisy due to the ongoing construction
on the extension of W61st street (they've been working on it for a year and it's still not done).
The construction of the road also defaces the front of the building with a fake grass chain link fence that
lines a side of the plank board walkway.
