Nice building, bad management, overpriced

The building itself is pretty nice. Apartments have good funishings. However, they lack "finishing" in that many features, such as the shower fan and light, do not work, nor are there any towel bars. Electricity costs in the building are very high according to many tenants. Both heating and cooling have intermittant problems and the windows are not very efficient. The doors leak badly.
Several features, such as Verizon Fios, have had delayed implementation. It was just recently that the management company started a shuttle bus to Columbus Circle. They are very slow in getting with the program.
There is construction noise behind the building all of the time, early in the morning. But the front desk staff is nice and the gym is great. There is a "park" which is mostly cement and wood chips.
Despite all of this, they claim their building commands a premium. Many tenants are moving out so obviously the "market" disagrees with them. They refuse to move on rent, which will probably cost them quite a bit in lost rental fees, but they don't seem to care.
