Gym poorly maintained

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The gym in the building is poorly maintained. Much of the equipment does not work and management is unresponsive to numerous repair notifications. By no means should a prospective (or current!) tenant pay for the gym. Given the poor quality, gym should be included in the rent.
