Beat the beast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I couldn t agree more, will all the previous reviewers. This place is the most unprofessional management that exists. Anne fat-a** Covaughn is the worst person on the face of the planet. I have rarely met someone in a position of significant revenue source for a company with such a lack of interpersonal capabilities. The buildings amenities are old at best, and I have heard that the roof leaks every time it rains. Fixtures and bathrooms/kitchens are fit for mobile homes. The staff of the building makes up for some of these inconveniences though. Good location, and nice neighborhood.
