Amazing! - I moved in last September. Everyone has been quite nice and very friendly. The apartment is beautiful, the courtyard is a wonderful place. The laundry room is always available and never too crowded. The gym is clean and although not big, has good equipment and free weights. Elevators always work, place is always clean. Great building, Amazing service. - Noise - I'm one of the first tenants for Barclay Tower. I moved in Summer 2007. At first, I was really annoyed by the noise - esp from 99 Church St at the time.
