super friendly attentive staff From: nymom Date posted: 4/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We have lived here 2 years and love the staff-they're like family! We've never had a problem getting things fixed. I like that the building is on the smaller side- it makes it seem more like a community. The only drawback is the noise from traffic backed up getting to the Lincoln Tunnel. Our triple exposure view and large layout make up for that!
