Best Value for the Apt I have found in NYC

I have lived in NYC for 4 yrs and lived in another building for 2 years before moving to 420. This building is GREAT! My neighbors are super friendly and professional or families, not students. The views are breathtaking and kitchen/bath appliances/features are state of the art. The building is extremely well maintained and the staff is the friendliest I have ever experienced or heard of in NYC. The gym is fantastic too! Location is right in the heart of midtown so its convienient to everything, but is a few blocks from times sq/subways and the port athority is a bit sketchy at times (but that can be avoided by walking on 43rd st)! All in all this is the best building I have heard of in NYC.
