The building is nice and the doormen are attentive. Rockrose has been fine to me. If you're on a lower floor, there's not much natural light, but the windows are huge. The rent was reasonable when I moved in after 9/11 and still is for me, but I think high for new tenants. The maintenance staff is great. There is a free gym in the penthouse that is nice. A wrap-around roof terrace and nice teak furniture is a bonus. Free bike room. My apartment is a big alcove studio. Laundry is on my floor. Walls are thin, though. And construction around the building on new rental buildings and condos is annoying.
