Imagine 4 or more very young tenants to a one bedroom apartment. Overcrowding apartments is common: it is cheaper for the kids. People make phonecalls in the hallways to get away from the noise in their own apartments. Dormitory atmosphere. No respect for the peace and quiet of common areas. A door slammed in the face of pleading neighbor at 4am, "please just turn it down, you do this all the time." Same apartment being evicted. Multiple evictions in progress on multiple floors. Walls paper thin. Noise in halls and other apartments cannot be shutout. 40 person parties allowed in one bedroom apartments. No help or results from rental or corporate office.
No cooperation if you want to move or cancel your lease.
