Rockrose has to be the WORST management company ever. Virtually impossible to break lease or sublease, They do everything in their power to hinder your efforts to move. Including telling the door men to chew up and restrict your real estate agents and there clients. Raising perspective rents at will and refusing to clean or fix apt whilst keeping the security deposit. gym is nice, always over crowded and closed early, as is the roof deck, lounge area and the ??acclaimed?? pool table.. Don't bother opening the 6 foot window in summer.. no screens.. And the college parties next door do not bother me.. cept on Monday-Thursday, 40 people slamming a steel reinforced door at 4am Tuesday.. IS NOT Copacetic. I would not recommend this building to anyone... UNLESS you work at NYSE Make enough money not to care for the service since its one of the most expensive of the area, and only if you need a quick nap at lunch or after work since it??s a stone throw away.
